The pair of framed panels are just two of the scenes from the Island Garden wallpaper collaboration between de Gournay and Anna Spiro. Influenced by her love of the coast, specifically her own home of Stradbroke Island, and a visit to the Great Barrier Reef in 2020, the hand-painted design depicts tropical fish, coral, rolling surf and trees swaying in cloud scudded sky - a lyrical evocation of an island paradise, cascading across the wall with playful energy.
