LEGAL CAPACITY TO TRANSACT
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Spiro Store. By accepting these terms and conditions herewith you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years then your parent or guardian must consent to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Conditions as listed below before purchasing any item from Spiro Store.
PRICING
All prices displayed in our product pages are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notification for product displayed in our online store at any time. The prices payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are ordered. We will endeavour to display the most current prices but errors may occur.
PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING
Spiro Store uses the WooCommerce shopping card system and interfaces with SecurePay, a Westpac-accredited gateway. The checkout process is 128-bit SSL encrypted. All shipping rates are calculated and presented to the used when shown total costs, before payment, for further information, see the following.

DELIVERY
Spiro Store uses Australia Post and TNT to deliver goods within Australia. Please note we do not ship internationally. When estimating the arrival of your goods please consider the following.
Credit Card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
There will be no dispatch of goods over the weekends and public holidays.
Please also allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. If you require your goods urgently please advise us my sending an email to info@spirostore.com.au after placing your order. You will receive a notification from us via email once your order has been shopped if there are any unexpected delays with shipping we will notify you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will at all times put every effort into sending our your goos as quickly as possible and within a timely manner.
